A Florida based manufacturing and distributing company that uses locally sourced ingredients, Working Cow is proud to offer the freshest, healthiest ice cream through wholesale and direct sales.  Working Cow teamed up with Loden, Fraze & Associates several years ago. They brought the firm on board to assist in the costing process making this delicious ice cream. The recipes and mixes for such a high in product are complex and detailed and our firm was tasked to figuring out how to account for such a process. The firm utilized the manufacturing software they were using and tweaked and revamped processes so that precise and relative costing data began to be produced. This in turn gave detailed analysis and reporting that went right to decision making that increased the bottom line and help in launching into new markets.
